Army Colours

Army Colours can be awarded for various reasons, however ultimately the committee makes the decision and has the final say. The guidelines that the committee follow are as follows:

Outstanding contribution to Army Cycling, or exceptionally for participation at National or similar level that enhances the status of cycling.

One season consistently outstanding active participation at Army level together with representation at National level.

Two or three seasons consistently successful active participation at Army level, in addition to which the individual has achieved something of note, such as:

1. Setting a new Army record
2. Winning a major event outside the Army.

Four seasons or more consistently successful participation at Army level, delivering credit to their discipline and the Army by their enthusiasm, behaviour and reliability, as well as their ability.

Submissions should be made at the Exec committee meeting in December/ January ready for presentation at the AGM during the Army Cycling Festival.
